Callum came to physique academy wanting to shred down, build muscle and improve his fitness. Working with Callum It has become evident that this has been achieved with flying colours!
The goal was the lose fat at a steady pace whilst building muscle mass, getting this right was essential, and I think it is safe to say that he has smashed it! No check ins missed, the plan has been followed and the results speak for themselves. Callum has been training with coach Tyler to achieve these amazing results and the work isn’t done yet.

Wanted to get into shape and see how far I can push myself physically and mentally.
I have got into the best shape of my life also been smashing PB’s in the gym with my weightlifting and fitness. Also has helped build my confidence up on how my body looks.
To try and start to run marathons/Iron Mans or even get into the fitness game myself.
My diet has improved the best and the knowledge and understanding of the food and the effects of it on my body has made me a lot more conscious about my general health.
100% yes, have done already and will continue to do so!
Seeing and feeling the results. Getting somewhere I have never been before with my fitness just pushes me more every day, always looking to improve.
Running over a longer period of time without tiring out, also completing a 10km which I never would have tried if I weren’t in the shape I am now.
Routine is everything around this plan, helps me keep focused on the end game.
Just the physical shape my body has got to, could never have done this on my own the tracking and coaching helped me get there.
Phase 2, get some weight back on and see if I can do as well putting lean weight on as I did trim down!
